BBQ Flavour Smoking Wood is ideal for adding extra flavor to your dishes. Cherry smoke wood is a bit stronger in taste, sweet and fruity and colors your ingredients pink. Cherry smoke wood is ideal for poultry, cheese, lamb, beef and pork.
Use the YAKINIKU® Woodchipper to easily add smoke wood without losing temperature in your Kamado. You can use smoking wood either wet or dry. When used dry, there will be no drop in temperature in your BBQ and the smoking wood will give off a slight smoke flavor. When used dry, smoke will be produced immediately. If you choose to soak smoking wood first, the wood will give off a more intense smoke flavor. The temperature in your BBQ will drop and steam development will occur first.
