Yakiniku BBQ Flavour Chunk Beech
BBQ Flavour Chunks are ideal for adding extra flavour to your dishes. Use these Chunks for a long smoking session. Chunks in Beech give a neutral smoke flavour and colour your ingredients reddish to brown. Chunks in Beech are ideal for eel, pork, sausages and salmon.
Chunks can be used wet or dry. When used dry, there will be no drop in temperature in your BBQ and the chunks will give off a light smoke flavour. When used dry, the chunks will give off an immediate smoke. If you choose to soak chunks first, the wood will give off a more intense smoke flavour. The temperature in your BBQ will drop and steam will develop first. Chunks are also suitable for use in a gas barbecue. When doing so, place the Chunks in a metal box.
