BBQ Flavour Smokewood is ideal for adding extra flavour to your dishes. Apple smoking wood gives a mild, subtle and sweet fruit flavor and colors your ingredients dark brown. This smoking wood is ideal for poultry, lamb and pork.

Use the YAKINIKU® Woodchipper to easily add smoke wood without losing temperature in your Kamado. You can use smoking wood either wet or dry. When used dry, there will be no drop in temperature in your BBQ and the smoking wood will give off a slight smoke flavor. When used dry, smoke will be produced immediately. If you choose to soak smoking wood first, the wood will give off a more intense smoke flavor. The temperature in your BBQ will drop and steam development will occur first.
